Confirming a tour with LIKE A LOCAL FOOD TOURS means that you agree with the following Guidelines and Booking Policy:

Availability and tour type

LIKE A LOCAL FOOD TOURS puts its best effort to provide the contracted service on the day chosen by you. If this is in anyway impossible however, we reserve the right to change the tour date to any date between your arrival and departure, to be mutually agreed between both parts. LIKE A LOCAL FOOD TOURS is obliged to inform you on such a change per e-mail, or telephone provided on the booking process.

We will be happy note a request for a particular guide for our private tours but cannot guarantee their availability. 

 LIKE A LOCAL FOOD TOURS  works all year and in all kinds of weather. Weather conditions will not be a reason to cancel a tour. In the case of heavy rain, please bring suitable rain gear. In case a tour is jeopardized or impossible due to force majeure, weather events, political disturbances or strikes, tours can be canceled if we believe it is necessary. 

Security, theft, and damage

LIKE A LOCALFOOD TOURS and our freelance guides, employees, agents, contractors, sub-contractors, insurers and tour escorts cannot be held responsible for any costs resulting from theft of, loss of, or damage of goods, or personal damage occurring during the time that you use any of our services. By contracting any of our services, you assume the total responsibility of such costs, and that of contracting a travel insurance to cover, to a certain or any amount, these expenses.
